I would build your dipole so that it's resonant point is about 50-70KHz below 
where you want the array to be and use a Comtek Hybred Coupler to handle the 
concerns you have on the SWR by dumping unused power into the 50 ohm load.  I 
built a very effective 1/2 wave 40 meter dipole array using this method and 
I'm sure Jim at Comtek can advise you further. It's not the ideal situation 
with 
the surrounding antennas but I bet the F/B will be decent and it's 
performance above expectations.
