I bought mine, cad plated, from Copper State Bolt and Nut Co in Phoenix
(http://www.copperstate.com/). They have both grades 5 & 8. And they carry
the NyLock nuts as well. I can't remember what I paid but it was not a lot
each when buying a box of 100. They say that NF (fine) threads are rarely
galvanized.
I highly recommend this company for all of your nut, bolt, etc needs. Good
people to deal with and they have most everything.
