I worked for W6HX in Southern California in the early 1970's, and he built prop motor systems at the time. We built the controllers in the S-line speaker cabinet, which is smaller than this unit and does not have the hinged top. This one looks like it has the 24 volt transformer in the shack instead of on the tower. So it's not one of those. I wish I could find one now (at least the prop motor).

I grew up contesting in southern California and this looks like every prop-pitch control box I ever used from 1972 - 1985.
