Whether a business is "successful" or not depends on your point of view,
and I was speaking from the customer's. The folks at Amidon probably
consider themselves successful but their customers seem to have a
different opinion.
I like the approach taken by Consumer Reports: Don't get lost wallowing
through the details; just give the bottom line along with a modicum of
supporting facts.
