Thanks to all of you who helped me out. My new antenna is up in the air, 
and it tunes on all bands!!!!!

I can tune to full power on all bands except 160, and can tune up most 
of the way (good for about 40 watts on 160)

Its working, I cant wait for the contest!!!!
