There were two guys on each anchor. The top guy was
Phillystran, with just a 4' piece of EHS at the bottom.
The bottom guy, attached to the tower at about the 25
foot level, was EHS all the way, with no insulators.
The tower is grounded at the base, but there is no
separate ground rod at each anchor.
