There was an extended thread on a related topic, about
two months back, having to do with windload calculation.

In fact, greatest windload will probably result from the
boom being broadside to the wind, rather than the elements.
Consider the simple projected surface area of a 32' boom of
2" or 3" diameter,  versus that of a 20m director, say 33' of
tapered aluminum from .75 down to .25".  Dimensions for your
antenna will likely vary.  

But no, I haven't seen an automatic windsense/antenna rotate
system.
