Larry,

The notion of using a bucket to lay this over isn't a bad
idea.  I posted an earlier note suggesting a block & tackle
from the point of attachment.  Upon reflection, that may be
a bad idea.  

Not that it wouldn't work...but there'll be little opportunity
to engineer the attachment.  You'd be relying on what went before,
which may be inadequate.

Last thing you want to do is cause damage to the structure during
takedown.

And THAT is why free, used towers, are never free.

Hire a bucket/hoist/crane, and sleep well.
