Don't get any older. <grin>

Actually, this is not too uncommon. When it happens to me I just stop
working for a few minutes and they subside. Drink plenty of fluids while up
there to minimize the problem. I have also found wearing certain clothing
can help. I wear a wide-brimmed hat, long sleeve shirt, long pants and hard
sole shoes. My safety belt is a Miller that is light weight and fairly
wide. I also use two lanyards so that I am always connected to the tower.

While working on top a tower yesterday at 140', in 90 degree, sunny, breezy
weather, I developed cramps in both arm biceps and decided I needed to come
down fairly quickly. Besides the ideas of eating bananas (potassium) and
drinking water are there any other suggestions as a way to avoid them?
