I have taken the position that since LMR400 has a solid center 
conductor (like 9913,) I do not recommend using it on a rotating 
antenna. I suggest running LMR to the top of the tower and then 
RG213, LMR400UF or Davis's Buryflex for the loop.

For all but the most exacting installation, RG213 is more than 
adequate for all bands.
