How do you know that?
When I cut 6700lb Phillystran, it takes a bolt cutter, same as 1/4 EHS rated
at 6000lb. In fact, it usually takes more force to cut the Philly. What is
the actual difference in stretch between the two for 100 feet? I do not
know, but would guess less than an inch.
