....and what's really amazing is I have bought lots of used tower over the 
years from commercial installations.  I am surprised how much of it uses braid 
of various sizes for grounding the tower.  Without fail, it is always 
nasty...powdery oxidation all over it. The next time I pick up some used tower 
with the 
braid, I am going to run a resistance check from the one end of the braid to 
the tower itself to see how high the resistance is.
