I've had mine up now for 10 or 12 years and haven't lost any screws. The only
thing that I lost was the plastic cap that plugs the top of the main tube and I
asked GAP about that yesterday at Hamvention and they said that they now leave
those off and just allow the rain to flow through and out the bottom. It's a
good antenna.

But looks like clean with Alcohol and then coat with Noalux. So I am assuming
that Noalux is conductive and I can do the entire
length of the elements.

Oh yeah the other thing I was told was that the sheet metal screws come out
after flexing for a couple of years. I plan on mounting
it fairly high.
Would using loktite hurt anything on them?
