I had mine up for a few months, just took it down due to a wind storm
bending the support pole near the top (cut it off and re-did what I had
before) Mine broke a wire connecting one of the element, I am guessing since
I had the radial bracket turned IMO the wrong way, element was rubbing so it
moved the wire more than it should.
Only screws that came loose were near the bottom on the antenna, replaced em
and made sure they were as tight as I could get without striping the things.

Should do fine, mine is 30 odd feet up (just got it back up yesterday)
Will have to get pics of it on my site, nice BIG antenna hanging WAY over
the house now :)

You will be quite happy with the Titan, I know I love mine
