The product you're looking for is a Spiral Vibration Dampener, 
manufactured by Preformed Line Products.

I had the same problem on the guys on my 200 foot towers, 
and the SVD dampeners completely solved the problem.   
Philadelphia Rope Works, the manufacturer of Phillystran, was 
able to get them for me.
