How about wrapping the smaller/inner one with a blanket filled with ice
cubes, while simultaneously hitting the larger/outer one with a hot hair
dryer or propane torch? (And use two people, each wearing those thick heavy
duty rubber gloves for extra grip and as thermal insulation, especially if
you use a torch.)
Getting the temperature of the two pieces as far apart as possible will get
you as much bonus wiggle room as there is to get.
