On occasion I have used an orbital sander, and am amazed at the power and
energy it imparts to both the workpiece, and my hand. Harbor Freight has
one on sale for $9.99....amazing.

I wonder if you could get one, and figure out a way to hard couple the
powerful vibration, and to and fro tug of the rotary plate of the sander to
your frozen tube, then impart the 200 hz hammering to the tubing ends. In
the course of a minute, you would have hit the tube 12,000 times.. That
combined with bernzomatic heat, and penetrating oil might loosen even the
toughly corroded joints...
