Not really a dilemma. LMR-400 has a solid center conductor and CAN NOT be used in any flexing application. What you need to do is transition to RG213 for the 2M flexing loop and then to SuperFlex (stranded center LMR-400 equivalent) for the UHF antennas. That's the only answer. That's what I've done for my satellite setup which has all those frequencies you've listed.
