I don't even know you pal. Over the last 15 years I have used a moving
company 4 times and they all do it the same. When they come to you house to
give you an estimate, it is purely that. In the end, you are charged by the
pound, pure and simple. Get a life.

You are incorrect regarding "No charge". After they loaded the trailer,
they took it down and weighed it all and you were charged for the total
weight onboard, including the stuff in the belly pack.
