Given your restrictions, Ed, I am thinking you've got it - you will be in 
for years of fun with this set-up.  Have at it.  You need to be careful with 
that 15 feet of mast up there - I don't know the Super Titan tower and 
wouldn't climb 10 feet above it unless I was real comfortable with it. 
That's would be MY biggest hurdle in putting this up as you describe.

For me, climbing masts is never any fun but some configurations are more 
tolerable than others.  Don't use water pipe.
