This reminds me of an article in the Sacramento Bee a couple of years
ago about a family that had covered their entire house with tin foil
and metal because they were concerned about EM Radiation.  Their
neighbors (aka, the local aesthetics police) were trying to get the
city to force them to remove it because it was "an eyesore".  I guess
ham antennas aren't the only things people call "eyesores".  I never
did hear what happened out there in Sacramento.
