In theory, too, your (or Rohn's) Kanasas PE will review the design
for compliance with local peculiar requirements. (at least, that's
why the building department wants wet stamped drawings)
I assume Rohn asked where it's going to be installed? (so the PE can
look up the wind speeds, etc.)
