You can climb the tower and retighten the bolts. They usually come lose 
after the first tightening so I usually (re)snug them  before I raise the 
tower.

If your rotator has a calibrate knob you can just compensate or I put a note 
on mine that says the antenna is X degrees out till spring comes!
