I listened to the HAARP test here in Northern lower michigan last night and the
TX signal was loud (S7-8) for most of the test on 6.7925 with very clean echos.
The Signal on 7.4075 was a different story. It seems there was some kind of
digital signal on the frequency that was absolutely killing them. I could here
them (barely), but the 20 over broadcast signal was no help.
