    That's what the ham-law reflector is for. There's  a legal advice 
disclaimer but you can always ask the experts. It's sort of the  TowerTalk of 
the 
legal eagles. I think they're checking into whether plastic  owls on your big 
beam are an endangered species. 
 
    Frank doesn't have to play a lawyer on tv cuz  he's a real one.
