I think a 2 el tribander will beat the pants off a G5RV on 
10 15 and 20, even at 25 feet. On those bands the G5RV 
pattern is complex, and the station you are trying to work 
could be in a deep null.

I wouldn't get the Mosely though. I would get a Hy-Gain 
TH-2.  N6NB did a series of antenna comparisons, and 
determined that the TH-2 was a surprisingly good performer 
for such a small antenna.
