Nope -- I want to understand it, also. That is what it taking me so
long.
The two chapters on circuits and electrical principles are bogging me
down. I had two semesters of physics in college and that helps, but
there are a lot of formulas and concepts that are new to me.
My goal is to test before January 1.

I want all to know that Bob Maser has posted several off list messages
proffering specific and particular ideas to solve my antenna conundrum
and has been most cordial therein. Even invited me into his morning
rag chew bunch. I am sure he was posting tongue in cheek and
encouraging me to become better informed and skilled. In the context
of his other messages, which you may not have seen, this is a
friendly post. But I can see, that without that larger context, this might
be misunderstood and taking another way.

Thanks to all who have been helping me on all this. It has been quite
helpful in helping me focus and drill down to some specific things to
try. I am learning a lot here.
