Actually, I was going to mention the EDZ when making my suggestion.
Adding (drooping) three extra feet to each end to make 116' is 30M EDZ
and a true half wave dipole on 75M. I have successfully used just such
an antenna myself. OTOH, as someone already mentioned, with two 100'
foot towers, there are many options available.
