Doesn't say what it's "optimized" for, now, does it?

Optimized so the pieces are shippable UPS at low cost?
Optimized so that there's maximum difference between sell price and cost 
of goods sold?
Optimized so that it's the smallest and lightest size that will stand 
the design wind load without failing?
Optimized so that it isn't more than 12 feet taller than a standard 2 
story house so it gets "under the wire" with antenna restrictions?
