[TowerTalk] May, Hints and Kinks lack of safety.

Any one beside me notice the ground mounted lightning arrestor in the 
May "Hints and Kinks".  He has it tied to a pipe stuck 3' in the ground 
"for a ground" and claims is works good.  Seems to me this is a bit 
misleading when it comes to safety.
