That depends on which SSV sections you're using. The SSV was designed so
that one could choose between wide and narrow sections where many different
possibilities are possible to make a 100-foot tower -- depending on the
loading requirements. Wide sections start with section 16N and end with a
very narrow 1W. The full complement of sections creates a 320-foot tower.
While the price may seem attractive, do your homework and find out the cost
of forming a concrete base foundation for the tower. Rohn specified four
types of base configurations: 1) Mat; 2) Drill & Bell; 3) Pier & Pad; and
4) Drilled Pier. Depending on the loading requirements, the cost of the
base foundation may shock you.
If you decide to proceed with the deal, and you cannot obtain an electronic
copy of Rohn's specifications, let me know I will scan the relevant SSV
documents.
