[TowerTalk] Rotor wind load

Does anyone know the correct wind load for the yaesu 450> Universal radio specs 
it at 10 sq ft but seems like that might be a little high. I just purchased an  
antenna from another ham  and I do not think my yaesu 400rc will turn it?  any 
information would be appreciated.
