Thanks for all the replies.

The tower needs to go up and down to avoid neighbor issues. Since I
mostly only work at night that's when it will go up.

The coax needs to be buried to avoid the lawn mower and people tripping on it.

Seems like I should make the 20ft loop that results from the crank
up/down easily replaceable.
