I'm not so wild about that design.  If a relay fails closed/stuck, you 
can short one radio to the other by closing another relay, and there's 
no failsafe mechanism to provide feedback to the controller.

say RLYA-2 fails stuck closed.  When you turn on RLYB-2, radio A is 
connected to radio B.

if those are actually SPDT relays, you do much better by using arranging 
them differently.
