There was a case several years ago where an op was running a phone patch and 
the conversation switched from English to some other language. The op 
allowed the call to go on. It later turned out that an illegal activity was 
being discussed on this phone patch. I know this is somewhat different but I 
can see the concern that a moderator would have and I am sure that he 
doesn't have time to be translating multiple messages posted to this board.
