They are both 4-hole patterns - the Yaesu one is just slighter larger.
You could use a big uni-bit (step drill) to really drill them out and then
use big washers to secure everything over the bigger holes.
Rohn uses slotted holes so it'll accommodate both but that won't help you,
it's just the way it's done these days. You can always take the plate to a
machine shop and they can do it for you - and precisely too. For what this
tower is capable of, whatever you do will work FB.
