What on earth could it be designed to do except maybe create a large

However if the pictures and description of the antenna is accurate, it
would be unsafe to use with that power as a mobile antenna even for the
driver of the car or truck.

Who claims a better, more efficient antenna that doesn't get into the
neighbors electronics. Unless an antenna arcs, or has some loose
connections the construction with a more efficient radiator that puts
out more power has nothing to do with creating less RFI. The one valid
claim is that it is rugged and it is very rugged.

However, running that amount of power in a mobile, be it 11, 10 or six
meters, far exceeds the allowable, safe exposure limits.

Yes, I once had an actual CB license when it was still a licensed
service and my dad had one in their car when going on long trips, but
that was a very long time ago.
