Klein Tools 3256 (10" broad head bull pin) has a 1/4" point.  That looks
like the right one...

Rohn 55G tower section bolts are 7/16, so a 1/4" point looks about right.

I've ordered Klein bull pins from toolbarn.com. They have a number of sizes
at inexpensive prices with reasonable shipping.

I like to use a tapered pin that is too large to fit completely through the
hole.
