This sounds like the Times equivalent of Belden 8268, which is a very
nice, low loss 50 ohm coax with excellent shielding. Search on that
Belden number for specs.
I inherited some short pieces of it from a neighbor SK, and I had to do
the same thing he did to put a connector on it -- strip more of the
jacket so that I could screw the shield into the part of my usual
Amphenol silver PL259 that would usually screw onto the jacket of RG8,
solder as usual, and then waterproof it more or less as usual.
That SK had a lot of older Times Cable, all of which I've reused, some
to make stubs, most of which I've measured. This spring, I found several
hundred feet of Times 75 ohm Triax at a hamfest, and put connectors on
it. I haven't measured it, but it looks comparable to a Belden type that
has very nice specs, pretty close to Belden 8213, their solid foam
RG11. I'm using 8213 on my high dipoles. Great stuff, about a third
less loss than LMR400. For my purposes, I've wired the two shields of
the Triax together, because I plan to use it for portable antennas (like
Field Day and a California QSO Party expedition in a few weeks).
