WAAS performance standard for vertical NAV is 20m or 4m depending on the
receiver and flight phase (LPV or LPV-200). (95% confidence interval)

LPV = Localizer Precision with Vertical Guidance

In pratice, the FAA says that they've never observed a vertical error
greater than 12m.
