i have two inverted L's spaced 1/2 wave with radials raised about 10'. it is
nice because just by switching in a half wave phasing line you can switch from
broadside to endfire.

I'm starting to think about antenna work this summer and one of the items on my
list of improvements is my 160M capability. I have 2 150' towers on my property
that are 192' apart and lined up at about a 39 degree azimuth. I was planning
on building a phased array of inverted L's 255' apart (1/2 wl spacing). Another
thought is to do 2 groundplanes with the feed point at about 50' and 4 elevated
radials.
Pros/Cons? Could I get away with 192' spacing and call it good?
Thanks in advance and 73,Guy N7ZG
