Contact Steppir support at 425-453-1910. They helped me diagnose a problem with
my antenna while it was still in the air. It was then a simple matter to
replace the failed ECU with the one in hand with their exchange program, at the
same time.

Don't worry, your SteppIR should not be too difficult to take down. K4ZA
is probably your closest professional tower guy.

OK, so I've had a Steppir on a Rohn 45 tower at about 90' for years..
And now
it has stopped working. This antenna is a BEAR to get up and down.
Is there anyone you guys know who climbs in central NC (just south of
Raleigh),
that might be able to help me troubleshoot this antenna in the air?? Hoping
it's a wiring issue….
Thanks and 73,
Ken N4TCP
