There are companies that do this. Like a lot of specialized construction things, you have to find them. I'd look for people who are in the business of planting utility poles. (and hope it's not right after a big storm, when those guys are busy fixing the downed infrastructure)

On the other hand, if you're looking at a big tower or an unusual soil type, then you should be talking to an Engineer, and they'd probably know the local vendors. You should be talking to an Engineer to select the appropriate anchor type for your soil in any case.
