[TowerTalk] HAM IV won't reverse direction after reachind end of travel stop

I have an old Ham IV rotator that binds up mechanically and won't reverse 
direction after stopping at the CW stop. No problem at the CCW stop.  No 
problem if the ring gear is pulled and I manually open the stop switches. Any 
ideas?
