Jorge,

The tower looks to be in good condx. The only thing that looks questionable
is the rust on one of the lifting cables. If it is only surface rust, I'd
clean it with a wire brush thoroughly then soak it with wire rope
lubricating, such a Prelube 6. There was a discussion a week or so ago of
other wire rope lubricants available.

You might also brush the rusted bolts clean then spray with a cold
galvanize paint, or replace them.
