[TowerTalk] How to run HFTA v1.04 under Windows 8.1?

Can't say I love Windows 8.1 but that's what came my new PC.

I loaded HFTA from the ARRL Antenna Book CD-ROM along with the other
programs on that disc.

I am able to open HFTA, enter data and display the Terrain Profile however
when I select Compute I get a YTW (not HFTA) error message:

     Run-time error 91
     Object variable or With block variable not set

 I tried running HFTA under Windows compatibility mode Windows XP (SP3) but
that doesn't help.

I am building a large rotating tower system this fall and need to figure
out what heights to put the Yagis.
