Would it be helpful to have a couple of twists in the line as it goes up
the tower? Or, would that make it worse? I was thinking that if there
were a couple of "rotations" (a couple, not a huge amount so as to preserve
spacing between them) then each of the two transmission lines would have
the same average exposure to the tower, presumably reducing imbalance in
the lines.
