Twist it!  Ladder line, TV ribbon, parallel wires should be twisted.

Twisting the wire will not prevent the proximity to the tower
from lowering the impedance (it will always be lowered).
Not that it matters.

That not twisting will, or can drastically change the balance between conductors does matter though for pick up of noise/interference and inducing RF current in things other than the tower. If those other things have a rusty bolt or joint uit can lead to RFI.
