but there is quite a distinction between temporary towers erected for short-term purposes and fixed towers that comply with all applicable regulations.

Scrolling further down the page it is also apparently a sad day for anyone
owning a tower <200 feet high that is legally not lit. At my previous QTH
in Illinois I saw many hot air balloons floating very near my tower.
