Allen,

I have no personal experience with attaching aluminum structure to
concrete.  However, Universal tower states that this is a problem.  See the

I have installed a tremendous number of structures over the years. Towers,
pipe racks, structures to hold vessels, etc. and have never seen aluminum
in direct with concrete.  When aluminum is involved, galvanized steel was
in contact with the concrete.
